Muzzomo ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Muzzomo mobile application.

Muzzomo is not intended for children under the age of 18.

Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion directly from within the Muzzomo app.

Open the app and log in to your account
Go to Profile
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Select Delete Account

When a user requests account deletion, the account is first deactivated. After a grace period of 3 months, the account and associated personal data are permanently deleted from our systems, unless retention is required by law.

During the deactivation period, users may contact support to restore their account. After permanent deletion, account data cannot be recovered.
